This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Shipping Fees

All orders qualify for free shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

B. Shipping, Handling & Order Cutoff Time

  • Shipping Time: 3–15 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

C. Delivery Terms

All products are shipped using reliable standard delivery services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your state and local courier operations.

D. Order Acceptance & Pricing Verification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be canceled or delayed for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
  • Payment irregularities or suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or product information

To protect you and prevent credit card or debit card fraud, we may request additional verification information before processing your order. This may include verifying your identity, phone number, address, or bank details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be issued immediately.

E. What Happens After You Place an Order

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and receipt.

If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, email us at support@lookinglight.com with the subject line: “Order Confirmation Not Received.”

F. How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us at support@lookinglight.com.

G. Address Changes

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the shipping address.

To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: support@lookinglight.com.

H. Order Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before shipment, we can process your cancellation immediately.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

I. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it when possible and notify the courier immediately.

If the package was delivered when you were not present, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team for assistance.
